ACTivate Advance is a management consulting solution that offers organizations access to a suite of proven tools at a fixed price. With its interactive dashboard, it delivers tailored scenarios, solutions, industry trends, and actionable strategies, empowering clients with real-time insights to address complex business challenges.

ACTivate Advance approached Intelligenes with the goal of creating a platform that could provide organizations with real-time consulting and strategic guidance for their complex projects. However, the absence of such a dynamic and interactive solution hindered their ability to effectively support businesses. 

To address this, Intelligenes developed a comprehensive and innovative platform. We built a React JS front-end integrated with a .NET Core back-end to create a user-friendly, interactive experience. The platform leverages machine learning for data analysis, providing organizations with actionable insights to inform their decision-making. For scalable and efficient data management, we utilized SQL databases. Additionally, we implemented standardized API specifications and DevOps practices, ensuring the platform’s scalability and robustness.

The new platform for ACTivate Advance transformed the user experience with various roles, including a Portal Administrator managing overall functions, a Customer Administrator supporting user onboarding, and Staff and Stakeholders contributing essential input. The system uses smart technology to analyze data, visually representing insights with colors indicating areas of vulnerability, progress, strengths, and other factors. Detailed reports highlight average ratings, gaps, and percentages, allowing for informed strategic decision-making.
